Eligibility for Returns

    You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  2. Condition of Items

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.



Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

    If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos as evidence.

  2. Return Authorization

    Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Return Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.



Refunds

  1. Processing Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  2. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanging Items

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift Cards

    Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  2. Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded; Offer sale items are non-refundable.
